Right of withdrawal

If the customer is an entrepreneur in accordance with Section 1 of the Austrian Commercial Code, revocation is entirely excluded.

Private customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day:

a) in the case of a service contract or a contract for the supply of water, gas or electricity, if not

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will give you all payments that we have received from you, including the
