The Ratelle cable channel system Magic (RKSM) is the world's first completely screwless channel system. The RKSM has a beaded longitudinal bottom hole 7 x 20 mm for boom mounting. From width 200 mm, a cross-sicking improves 7 x 32 mm cable ventilation and facilitates assembly. The center hole 11 mm allows direct threaded rod suspension and a continuous side hole 7 x 20 mm serves as a connector hole. All system components and channel types are equipped with the innovative Magic connector, from the channel to the molding. The combination of both advantages makes assembly easier and more time-saving. The continuous potential compensation is guaranteed without additional components. The Magic longitudinal connector set (to order separately) allows the combination of the Magic cable channels with conventional OBO cable channels of the same width. The magnetic shield attenuation is 20 dB without lid and 50 dB with lid. Tested and approved in functional maintenance systems of classes E30 to E90 according to DIN 4102 part 12. The cable branch boxes consist of a thermoplastic polypropylene with plug-in seals made of ethylene vinyl acetate EVA. Lines can be installed directly through the 7 x M25 5 x M32 seals, or the seals were cut in with a knife at the intended locations to produce an insertion opening for pipes or pipes.
